Most Full Service setups are completed within 24–48 hours. Same Day service is in and out within hours. Restorations and antique work varies — Jayce will give you an honest timeline at your free consultation.

Strings are not included in any service — but you have options. You can choose a set from the String Menu, bring your own, or pick them up from a local shop. Bring a receipt from a local independent music store and receive a discount on your string installation.

Absolutely. Every instrument deserves to be played well. From your first $80 Walmart guitar to a vintage parlor guitar — Jayce treats them all the same. The goal is always to make it play and sound its best.
